Meet Jacqueline Conway

CEO of Conway Mentorship

In 2017, my husband really wanted me to go to a seminar in Los Angeles with him.

I tried to get out of it. I was a busy mom working full time, and what I wanted was a couple of days at the beach, to rest and enjoy myself and not be needed for a minute. But Dave was insistent. "You should come," he said. "This is about us, together." So I went.

And in that seminar room, we heard Bob Proctor say something I was sure was completely insane: turn your annual income into your monthly income. On purpose. As a plan.

I laughed it off. Dave, sitting right next to me, thought it was the greatest thing he'd ever heard, and within months he'd pivoted his entire career from construction to mindset coaching, just like that.

But here's the part I didn't expect. For about a month after that event, I felt like I was living slightly outside myself, watching my own life like an observer. And what I saw stopped me. My life was my own responsibility. I had created all of it, but I hadn't been intentional.

My energy was scattered across a dozen directions, and for the first time I could see it clearly. What I was lacking was a clearly defined goal and vision for what I wanted my life to be.

This point in time was the beginning of real change for me.

However, I wasn't fully convinced yet. Over time I observed Dave, and by the end of 2019, I couldn't argue with what I was seeing: he was a genuinely gifted coach, the work was real, and people were getting results. So I decided to join him, to grow his brand and reach more people. Within six months of teaming up, we hit our first $100K month. Within nine, our first million. That "insane" idea became the foundation of everything we've built since. In the years that followed, Conway Mentorship delivered more than $23 million in coaching and mentorship.

A little about me

While being the CEO of Conway Mentorship, I'm also a wife, mother of two, and someone who came to this lifestyle by a winding, creative path.

Before personal development, I followed all of my creative passions: as a dance teacher, a marketing director in the arts, a brand educator and creative director. I loved every chapter of it. I worked with extraordinary people, and I value all of it deeply. But I was multi-passionate and creative without a clear goal or vision to point it all toward. That was the missing piece. Not passion, but direction. Learning to focus that energy on purpose is exactly what changed everything, and it's what I help others do now.

What I believe

Which brings me to what I believe, after all of it. True entrepreneurial success isn't only financial. It's purpose-driven, impactful work. It's lifestyle freedom, healthy relationships, and most of all, personal growth. The money matters, but it's never been the whole point.

The 30-Day Year

That belief lives inside a framework Dave and I created, called The 30-Day Year. It's grounded in setting one clear, measurable goal that stretches your thinking and your capacity. Not to scare you, but to show you how powerful you already are. (Yes, built on the very idea I once laughed off in that seminar room.)

Today

These days, I lead the strategic direction of Conway Mentorship, oversee our marketing and operations teams, and host The 30-Day Year Podcast. And my favourite work of all: designing and hosting our live seminars and events across North America.

If you're an ambitious woman building something big, sometimes right alongside an ambitious partner, and you're working out who you get to be in all of it, I see you. That's a lot of who I do this for.

Dave and I have been on quite a journey since that seminar in 2017, and really since our wedding in 2011. We've built a client base around the world, attracted a world-class team, designed and built our dream home, grown our family, and watched more and more joy pour in.

If any of this resonates, if you're building something big and want a new way to think about success, the best place to start is my Friday newsletter.
